I was honestly surprised. The RG35XX Plus is the ONLY way to play the games that I used to play. I got the Gameboy color scheme for pure nostalgia because I had one as a kid.
The SD card that comes with it isn’t the best, so definitely switch it out for a better 64GB SD card. Flash the old card to the new card and you’ll never have any operating system issues. I got a 128gb SD card for games. It’s a solid device and fits in my pocket. I take it everywhere. It does so much more than emulate. 10/10 would recommend.
I also purchased the RG35XX-H for the horizontal format and the joysticks. It’s great for joystick based games on the go. I’m absolutely smitten with these little devices!
What I can say, I'm very happy! I can finally play the games I always wanted! and the quanlity of the product is very good!
Been smashing Pokemon like I'm 10 years old again. Now if only my iphone battery would last as long as this Anbernic.
Consol is pretty small and that's what i wanted. I can just throw it in my pocket and go wherever I want. It looks good it sound good it's just good as hell. But there just one small little think that iam not fan of a that is all buttons rattle. It's not so bad that I would hate it it's just the think I noticed when I play on the console. Over all 9.5/10 points
Plays all games nicely, some ps1 or PsP ones can lag a little but you can change some settings in RA and it is fine.
Installed some custom firmwares based on the stock OS, and all is nice.
Waiting on community to release more themes for the stock OS, the default look is a litle meh.
A decent selection of ROM's comes on the device.
Battery is enough depends a lot on what game you play and how bright you keep the screen. I got between 4-6h between charges.
Stock SD Card is crap it failed in 1week of use and corrupted, I got a Samsung one and reflashed the bios/firmware using community guides.
